How come "sawed-off" shotguns were outlawed in 1939 because they
weren't considered "weapons of war", while "s****t-utility rifles" and
other semiautomatic weapons are condemned today precisely because
they are?
Because that's how the victim disarmament game is played, explains
novelist and opinion-writer L. Neil Smith in his latest essay for Jews
for the Preservation of Firearms Owner****p, "Catch Twenty-Three" .
That's how politicians let the cruel victim disarmament industry play
it, because that's exactly the way they're accustomed to playing it,
themselves.
All in all it makes one yearn for the same thing that railroad robber
baron "Commodore" Cornelius Vanderbilt yearned for: an honest politician
-- meaning a politician that will _stay_ bought. People often compare
politicians with prostitutes, but that's inaccurate, Neil concludes,
because at least by comparison, the latter have more character.
