As you well know, such a law does not exist.  The American tax system was
set up to tax businesses and cor****ations on their gross profits and
gains.
The individual who trades his services for cash compensation does not,
by the IRS Code, have to pay taxes.

This systems was illegally forced on the American worker to provide relief
to the cor****ations and big businesses so that the interest on the money
loaned to the US could be paid by the people and not those originally
charged
with paying the taxes.

The ONLY "law" that says otherwise, is the one that the local tax court
judge
dispenses when he says, "Because we say you have to."
