Nowhere free-fall, chuckoo.  WTC7 would have had to be 3 times as high to 
be said to fall at free-fall speeds.

At 11 seconds, WTC7 collapsed at nowhere near "free fall" speed and
the building could be twice as tall to come close to being in free
fall. Here is the math. 

WTC7 was 610 ft tall.

Free fall time from 610 ft is 6.16 seconds.  For the "TIME TO FALL
DISTANCE equation from the first URL, below. 

    6.16 seconds.        t = sqrt( 2x/g) 

The math is below. 

Distance fallen in each additional second: 

   Distance in second T  Second 7    224 ft
			 Second 8    256 ft
		 	 Second 9    288 ft
			 Second 10   320 ft
			 Second 11   352 ft 
	Total:			   1,440 ft 

 
If you are wrong by ONE SECOND at 6 seconds, it is the same as the
building being 200 ft higher or lower.  That is one third of the total
heigt of WTC7.
