Subject: Abuse of U.S. Federal Employees and their Family Members as
Civilians by Members of the Armed Forces in Europe
The Armed Forces of the United States Commanders need to be held to the
higher standards of Military Discipline.
U.S. Commanders have developed a directive in Europe. U.S. Army Europe
Directive 27-9 Misconduct of Civilians. This directive is the equivalent
of the UCMJ for Civilians...
Currently in U.S. Army Europe in Germany, Italy and Holland U.S. Soldiers
Family Members and U.S. Civilians Working for the Armed Forces and their
Family Members are being forced to Perform Mandatory Community Work
Programs supervised by U.S Military Services Members as they are Court
Martial under U.S. Army Europe Directive 27-9 Misconduct of Civilians.
I want to ask to President Bush, The State Department and the Office of
Personnel Management to Stop this abuses of Federal Employees recruited in
the United States to Sup****t the U.S. Armed Forces in Europe as our U.S.
Employees abroad.
There is no authority or precedence that Allows our Armed Forces
Commanders and our Military to court martial our U.S. citizen civilians.
Our State Department has the responsibility to protect our Citizens from
abuse by our Armed Forces Commanders. I urge President Bush to start an
inquiry and hold Commanders Accountable and to stop this abuse Of American
Citizens Abroad.
A concerned Observer The U.S. Army Military calls it a condition of
employment when Federal Employees come abroad to work for the U.S. Forces.
This is False.... no Employer has the right to punish their workers.
Slavery is not sup****ted by our Government..
