Subject: Abuse of U.S.Fedral Employees and their Family Members as
Civilians by Members of the Armed Forces in Europe
The Armed Forces of the United States Commanders In U.S. Army Europe have
developed standards of Military Discipline that are applicable to Federal
Employees and their Family Members.
Currently in U.S. Army Europe in Germany, Italy and Holland U.S. Soldiers
Family Members and U.S. Civilians Working for the Armed Forces and their
Family Members are being forced to Perform Mandatory Community Work
Programs supervised by U.S Military Services Members as they are Court
Martial under U.S. Army Europe Directive 27-9 Misconduct of Civilians.
I want for you as Federal Employees to be aware prior to accepting
employment in U.S. Army Europe that There is no authority or precedence
that Allows our Armed Forces Commanders and our Military to court martial
our citizen civilians.
The Armed Forces in Europe Consider this to be one of the Conditions of
employment that you are completly un aware until your arrival in Europe.
U.S. Army Europe directive 27-9 is nt sup****ted by any U.S. Public Law...
Fedral employees and their family members are court martialed and forced
to
perform community work by their employer U.S. Army Europe in Violation of
U.S. Law..
If you kno some one that is comming over to Europe Pass the word prior to
PCS to Europe wih their Family Members...
Our State Department has the responsibility to protect our Citizens from
abuse by our Armed Forces Commanders. I urge you pass the word and I urge
President Bush to start an inquiry and hold Commanders Accountable and to
stop this abuse Of American Citizens Federal Employees Abroad.
