Not sure Chris - I assume it is still that intention. However, I guess
it all depends on whether the RHQs allow blank and pyro once more, when
they have the proper policy and org do***ent in their hands. As it was
the lack of this do***ent, that led to RHQs banning the activity, one
can only assume they will now be happy!
