Board of Visitors to Meet at USAFA

{EXCERPT} U.S. Air Force Academy, Colo. - The Air Force Academy's Board of
Visitors is scheduled to meet here at the Academy, Jan. 10-11, to discuss
a
variety of issues, including receiving a military construction update, an
Athletic Department Federally chartered non-profit briefing, and a foreign
language briefing.
Attending the meeting are Mr. Charles Garcia, BoV Chairman and a 1983 Air
Force
Academy graduate; Dr. Gail Jaquish, BoV Vice Chairwoman and President,
Jurix,
Inc.; U.S. Senator Wayne Allard (R-Colo.); U.S. Senator Bob Bennett
(R-Utah);
U.S. Senator Ben Nelson (D-Neb.); Oregon State Senator Jackie Winters
(R-District 10); U.S. Representative Mark Udall (D-Colo., 2nd Dist.); Mr.
Terry
Isaacson, Associate Vice President, Arizona State University and 1964
Academy
graduate; Mrs. Nancy Kudla, Chairwoman and CEO of dNovus RDI and 1980
graduate
of the Academy; Mr. A.J. Scribante, Chairman and CEO, Vital Learning
Cor****ation; and Mr. H. Gary Morse, President and CEO of The Villages of
Lake
Sumter, Inc.
Also attending are Mr. Craig Duehring, Assistant Secretary of the Air
Force for
Manpower and Reserve Affairs; Mr. Joseph McDade, representing the Air
Force
Chief of Staff; Lt. Gen. John Regni, Academy Superintendent; and other
members
of the Academy's senior staff.
