I was in Mannheim from 1993-1996. The 95th MP Battalion was in
Mannheim.The
company that covered Mannheim, I believe, was the 272nd MP Company. They
[the HHD 95th and 272(??)] were at Taylor Barracks, not Turley, however.
The 97th MP Bn (Confinement), which ran the Mannheim Correctional
Facility,
was also in Mannheim.
The USAREUR Provost Marshal Office (where I was assigned) was also at
Taylor
Barracks, Mannheim.
The 42nd Customs Group had been in Mannheim, but were reflagged to the
14th
MP Brigade, then later (1994 or 95), folded their flag, as well.
