Would be tyrants take advantage of political upheavals caused by severe 
economic distress.  To suppose that tyranny cannot happen here ignores 
the lessons of history.  What is coming will test the mettle of the 
American people.  The people of the United States will be extremely 
fortunate if we avoid a dictator but I doubt that we will avoid 
tremendous civil strife or a possible civil war.  If elements within our 
government seek to overthrow American freedom, then resistance becomes 
obligatory.
