Ok so riddle me this. A family PCS's to a new duty location and stays
with friends until base housing becomes available or they scrape
together First, Last & Security deposit for a rental. Are they
homeless.
A single person separates from active duty after completing their
obligation. They move in with friends of the family who live in the
area they want to go to college in. Are they homeless?
If home is where the heart is, and you "elect" to live under a bridge,
are you homeless?
To present 25% of all veterans to be label as the misnomer of all
misnomers "homeless" even if they aren't cra****ng on the street is
disingenuous.
Oh, and Veteran can only find work 300 miles from his home, and
because of finances sleeps in his car 4-nights a week, is he homeless?
What if it is a Camper Van?
