Frosted Banana Bars

Frosted Banana Bars

Ingredients:

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 medium bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas and
vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and
mix
well. Pour into greased 15x10x1-inch. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees
for 25
minutes or until bars are done inside. Cool.

Frosting...

Ingredients:

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cream butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Gradually add
confectioners'
sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over bars. Makes about 3 dozen.
