Rich's B2 Sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup dried pineapple
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh grated tangerine peel
4 tbsp chili sauce
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil for two minutes. Remove
from
heat and allow to cool to lukewarm. Process in blender until pureed.
Pour in bottle, cap tightly, refrigerate, and use within 90 days.
Makes
about 1 3/4 cups.
