My deeds are focused as stopping the American invasion of Iraq. 

That can only happen three ways:

1. the Iraqis kill sufficient Americans, and the Americans back off.

2. the Americans regain their conscience, and back off.

3. the Americans succeed in killing everyone in Iraq.

There is little the Iraqis can do to stop the war other than kill more
Americans.

I see (2) as the preferable option.
