AS I PREDICTED
Let me post a snippet of an on-line rant I posted on January 18, 2001,
about
what to expect:
"The average American has a very short memory, and ever-changing
loyalties.
History shows that when a Democratic administration comes into office,
things get better for the average American. He prospers, he begins to
think
of himself as "middle class", and the promises of the Republicans to lower
his taxes and go after the government free-loaders start to look pretty
good
to Joe America.
When the Republicans get back into office, they immediately start
implementing their unchanging agenda, that is more wealth for the wealthy,
by starving the working cl***** who put them into power. After 8 or 10
years
of this, none of their speeches, flag waving, talks of threats to our way
of
life are going to do the trick. Joe America comes back home, and the
process
begins again. Get ready for hard times and war, my friends".
YUP. The pendulum IS swinging left, because DUMASS JOE AMERICA HAS BEEN
STARVED BACK TO HIS SENSES. JEEZ, There's no joy in being correct, this
time...
