Never mind the hundreds of school buses "chocolate" Negan could've
used to evacuate people out of the city. Never mind the fact that
Blanco sat on her hands trying to figure out how to cover her ass
instead of sending the national guard there IMMEDIATELY to start
evacuating people. It isn't like they did'nt have plenty of advanced
warning. If the President of the United States has to always step in
to see that emergency help arrives for the citizens of a city or state
then why bother to have a mayor or a governor?? You want to give the
President the power to control every individual city and state??
