Dear Governor Richardson,
I, David Nollmeyer am writing you to complain of my defacto treatment here
in the state of New Mexico. I have a small history of complaints to the
attorney general. There is complexity in this issue as such involves
LAPD.
I have lived extensively in New Mexico between 1992 in Las Vegas,
Glenwood, Lordsburg, and Catron County.
I was born in Roswell. My defacto “HOUSE ARREST” in the state by scorched
earth tactics will bring disgrace to the state.
To make issues worse LAPD who illegally lead this act have been creating a
red herring stating that I am gay or bi***ual which are both and never
were
true at any time. This may also affect many persons in New Mexico.
I now only travel through New Mexico. I have a Supreme Court petition that
was denied that is linked below from New Mexico.
I have been kept in a tainted environment for 19 years. Interestingly
enough the US federal court record will state that the electronic
surveillance component began on June 17, 1987. This is Flag Day and the
200th anniversary of the US Constitution.
Recently Deep Throat was revealed which lead to the Watergate scandal. If
one researches one will discover that LAPD also was involved in an
ad-hominem basis in that Nixon is a direct descent from a King in what is
now the United Kingdom.
I am requesting that you address the spraying of the environment which is
facilitated by placing a small amount of chemical in an auto and simply
driving around.
This tactic is based in part by tactics used by Heinrich Himmler to
develop the gas chambers in WWII.
In continuation I am requesting that you sponsor a 10 percent factor crime
bill, incarcerate the most violent Part I felons. Crime gangs are
proliferating and a state of chaos is only reinforcing their activities.
Law enforcement should also be prosecuted.
I am looking forward to seeing you take action issues that eliminate the
TERRORIST THREAT.
