No "victory for all Americans" was had in Hazleton, Pa., Senator Obama

I would first like to ask the fine senator just how this ruling is a
victory
for all Americans when millions of Americans expressed their outrage when
it
came to this 'Grand Compromise' piece of legislation. When it first died
many Americans felt it a victory only for President Bush to come back from

the G-8 Summit and resurrect it. It was then we had to start the process
all over again to make sure that this bill died before it even reached his

desk.
