Is China a 2nd lobal SuperPower like the United States of America? A relatively small earthquake by our standards makes FEMA look heroic, timely, and like "WE'RE NUMBER ONE!"

Compared to the many internatinal crises of late, the U.S. response to the 
natural disasters in China and Burma are positivly A+++++ number one, by 
all world standards! Although the "victimized" leftist agenda loves 'sto 
make a lot of hupla about the slowness of FEMA and the Federal Government 
relief agencies to New Orleans, when we compare our government's response 
to those of all other nations in the Pacific Region, we are one thousand 
times more ready in response time! But, realistically, I know this fact 
will do little to "cause" people to change their behaviour, but to modify 
it!
