Why would they refuse to produce more oil if there was a real need? Would 
you not make more widgets if someone came to you and really asked you to? 
Maybe Bush is an out right liar again and the whole meeting was not about 
oil. Just one more example of how no one can ever trust the liar in the 
WhiteHouse.
