I'll add something to it, if you don't mind.  The asking for more oil
was a dodge, a cover for the real purpose of inking the nuke deal.

Nevermind the oil.  My budget is prepared for five a gallon and my
next car will be more fuel efficient.  WTF are we doing selling
nuclear technology to Arab Muslims?  Like the Saudis are going to
develop a nuclear missile ****eld to protect Israel for us.

I think it means they're running out of oil and they want to develop a
nuclear based power infrastructure.
