I think that will cost about $40 billion a year operated by a private
company. Like Jupiter being the largest planet attracting more sun than
say
Mars. It makes even more sense when you are watching fireworks. What is
needed is some sort of halon shield - halon that which is also used in
extinguishing fires. I would help Al Gore, but Bush says strange things
like
spiritual shield.
