New GOP slogan is also antidepressant trademark

Washington Republicans are taking a marketing-themed approach to their
2008 campaigning, reports MSNBC Congressional correspondent Mike
Viqueira.
The slogan the GOP has chosen to use may indeed indicate how "glum"
the party has become, especially after the loss of a special
Congressional election in Mississippi to a Democrat on Tuesday.
As Viqueira points out with amusement, the slogan now in use to sell
the "GOP brand" in 2008 is the same as the one that drug giant Wyeth
has trademarked to sell its antidepressant Effexor.
