Communism is flawed because it assumes that people are equal in
ability. People are not equal in ability. Some people for example have
superior memory and greater computational abilities than others. This
is especially noticeable in the chess games of world champions Garry
Kasparov and Vladimir Kramnik. Bill Gates got rich because he is very
gifted in software, business and marketing and Warren Buffet is very
gifted in investing.
