That is explained by genetic variability, the nurturing received as a
young child, access to proper education, etc.....

This does not prove that people aren't equal, only that they might be
good at one thing while absolutely hopeless at an other. For example I
can easily design and carry out a scientific laboratory experiment but
I am hopeless at repairing the plumbing at home.
This certainly does not indicate that I am a better person than the
plumber is, would you not agree?

All you have proven so far was that people are good at different
things, but not that their role from society's point of view you make
them a BETTER HUMAN.

So if people in end effect are equal than how can we justify that some
are forced to live under appalling conditions while others can't find
ways to burn their money fast enough!

What communism is trying to do is correcting the social imbalance.
