And it is only now that you relate to the book 1984? Better pay closer
attention.
Drug tests. Tests that are conducted to see what you do in your own
spare time at home. They are not conducted to see if you are
intoxicated at work. Remember the government camera in the homes of all
citizens in 1984?
Should you be a pubic figure and use the dreaded "N" word, they send you
to Sensitivity Training. Remember the deprogramming in 1984?
Then of course there are Anger Management Cl***** one must take in the
event you lose your cool. Again, deprogramming.
Now there are government non-warranted inspections. You see them mostly
during the holidays called Sobriety Check Points. At one time in this
country, you were considered innocent until proven guilty. Today, you
are guilty until you prove your innocence.
Just a few years ago, the government decided that they would create laws
on behalf of insurance companies. This is why all states have to abide
to the .08 level of alcohol consumption and force you to wear seat
belts. But we threw our hands up and said "Okay."
But now you are worried that we are turning into a country of 1984.
Wake up! It's already happened.
