in my humble opinion , Solicitor General Clement , anti-terror adviser
Townsend and Justice O'Connor are good choices for the next key 16
months for A.G.'s, Clement is a strict Constitutionalist, that could
be a change !, Fitzgerald will never get the nomination, he clearly
would be the best for America ....
about Senator Schumer: a) like the NYT has re****ted, he dines every
month with top Hedge-Fund executives but refuses to say why or how
much he gets from them...
b) he repeatedly called and wrote the Justice Dpt. in sup****t of
neocons indicted or to be indicted for money/stock options/ inside
trading/ late trading/backdating/ cases as the NYC media has re****ted
, he really cares for Wall Street greed victims,the thief's that is,
and not the abused, he and R.Emanuel and S.Lieberman have repeatedly
asked Congress not to raise the tax rate of Hedge Funds , which now
stands at 15% instead of the regular 30 %, the Hedge-Funds themselves
are organized as "private partner****ps" so they don't pay taxes ,and
one of the biggest is the multiple Funds of Goldman Sachs, so Schumer
" feels " for these speculators investing in key Homeland Security and
Pentagon Contracts, the poor people, they have to invest and make
billions in war bussineses and the death in it , what a
sacrifice !....
c) and now the Fed is bailing out the Hedge-Funds that made billions
in the "sub-prime" by increasing the limit the banks can loan to
their brokerage units which in turn goes to the Hedge-Funds,mostly
based in Cayman Islands ( Bear Stern,etc.) and Carlyle Capital in
Guernsey Island,and others in Bermuda,etc.,all the tax exempt
paradises, what a wonderful world !
d) and that's why Schumer is pu****ng Chertoff ,Stuart Levey ,Judge
Silberman and other
neocons, to make sure all his manipulating of the Justice Dpt. does
not
get investigated...not to worry : Chertoff is a case to study: he was
with Ken Starr key in the Clinton Whitewater case, Chertoff was the
partner of Rupert Murdoch, one of the backers of Kirkland & Ellis
where Starr and the Tobacco Lobby were organized and when Murdoch was
making billions from Philip Morris as stockholder and executive Board
member , Chertoff later was rewarded with the Deputy .A.G. for the
Criminal Div. slot during 2001, he was in charge of finding the 9/11
terrorists but hey ! when Agent Rowley and all the other FBI agents
went to the Justice Dpt. his office said: orthodox muslims training to
fly planes but not to land them ? orthodox muslims travelling to
Extremists Conventions in the Middle East ? paying with cash for
everything ? going to Afghanistan and Pakistan ? nothing to worry
about it ! no need to ask them ! no need to follow them ! the Justice
Dpt. and Chertoff didn't do anything to them ......and the rest is
History ......Chertoff went after A.Andersen to distract from Andrew
Fastow of Enron, Andersen went bankrupt and later the Supreme Court
agreed they had nothing to do with the actual Enron fraud, its was the
Enron and some Andersen executives, but too late, thousands lost their
pensions and savings, so Chertoff got promoted to Judge!, and he and
other neocons made sure there was no Investigation about the
Silverstein-Goldman 99 year leases over the WTC just days before 9/11,
nothing about Nicolas Berg arrested with the e-mail passcodes of
Zacharias Moussaoui, the 20th hijacker, nothing ! they kept everybody
out for lunch with the help of the Media, a perfect criminal job !
later Chertoff waited 4 days after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans
to go down there from Wa****ngton, the 4th day, he was giving
interviews to TV Networks like MSNBC and CNN,etc., and talking about
himself and how good he was doing, while the whole world was watching
people waiting for 4 days on top of their roofs without water or food
and others dying in Hospitals waiting for help from the Homeland
Security and FEMA , waiting for Chertoff and Brown....so Chertoff was
busy on Thursday ( 4 days after Katrina hit ) getting make-up for yet
another TV interview in DC.....and now the neocons like Schumer and
Specter want him in charge of the Justice Dpt. and the FBI ,what a
criminal shame !
e) in the Wa****ngton Post,Aug.,28,07:A New Agenda for Justice" by
Jamie S.Gorelick,deputy A.G. in the Clinton Adm.from '94 to '97 , we
get a convoluted pedantic trainee pack of steps for Security in the
USA by a lawyer which the Wall Street Journal called repeatedly in
their op-ed pages THE WALL,she was the one who wrote the now famous
Memo that made it impossible for any unit in Justice to talk to the
FBI,for them to talk to Border Security,for them to talk to
State , no one in Law Enforcement could cross to other Dpt.'s and
share Information about potential terrorists, many in the FBI and
Justice complained about it,bur her MEMO was written in stone,that's
how powerful the neocons were already in the 90's in the W.H.,
and that was one of the key reasons so many agents in 2000 and 2001
could not share information about the 9/11 terrorists in advance with
other agencies,so if someone was criminally responsible for the
Security Failure of 9/11 it was Gorelick,as so many times even the
Wall StreetJournal has pointed out among many other Law Enforcement
officers,but hey !she is a key partner of Chertoff and Bolten in the
White House, so because they are so criminally incompetent and so
disastrous for America,they will get the spot, Chertoff the A.G. slot
and Gorelick his slot in H.S., and the Senate will go for it ! ,later
they will push Bush and Cheney against the wall and we will go to
Iran and Syria,while Chertoff ,Gorelick and their orthodox group in
Israel relaxes in the shade with the 5 billion dollars the USA
taxpayers send
them every year ( economic,militar and loan gurantees) ,and while US
soldiers die in Iraq and Iran and the whole world turns against the
USA,a perfect plan ! ,and by the way,they will blame Bush,Cheney and
the US at large for this criminal mess,the neocon media will never
mention Gorelick or Chertoff,just look at today's papers where all the
blame for the Katrina disaster is on Brown and Bush,while the guy in
charge,the Secretary of Homeland Security Chertoff,does
not get mention once ! what a criminal shame!
Chertoff and Schumer were pu****ng for the Immigration Senate Bill
mostly because they need to get the 300.000 israeli nationals,
orthodox,Shas,russian -israeli,etc.,from the USA and abroad into the
system,opening businesses,running for office and discreetedly start to
take over.
and all along, because the neocons control the W.H. and the Pentagon,
there is no new policy in Iraq, where 100 groups are fighting with
each other and the US Forces, fighting for their oil/gas and for their
country,so the USA could back off and watch the leaders and
players,watch and wait, just making sure Iran and Syria and Saudi
Arabia do not go too far, watching and learning who is who and where
to whom and how, but no ! the USA is stuck in the Middle and getting
hit from all sides.....but hey ! this war is run by Contractors and
for Contractors and their Hedge Fund stockholders, what do you
want ?,and again ,they will blame Bush and the USA at large for the
disaster, no one will talk about the neocons making the choices, like
Edelman and Whitman ,etc.in Defense ,like
Bolten,Wurmser,Kellner,etc., in the White House, like Kramer in State,
like Chertoff in H.S. and Bodman and his Mossad in Energy, they will
only talk about the stupid criminal and incompetent ugly americans,
the gentiles that accepted this crime .
