No.  Oversight is making sure things are legal and going satisfactorily.

Democrats oppose GITMO - BUT THEY WON'T CLOSE IT.

Democrats oppose the Iraq War - BUT THEY KEEP PAYING FOR IT.

That is OBVIOUSLY false since the Democrats HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT.

Why?  Democrats REFUSE TO USE THE POWER THEY ALREADY HAVE.
