There is no positive news for them to re****t.
There's just a few PR folks saying they're "optimistic" or that they "have

faith" in "success".
Of course - they never say what they're optimistic about, or how they
define 
success.
So - it's not much of a story.

Perhaps you could change that.
Just pick up and go to Iraq and tell the happy story yourself.
You could start a website cheap, and call it "IdiotInIraq.com" or 
"FoxNews.com".
Faith-based and NGO dollars would rain down on you like manna from heaven

and you'd get to show the smiling happy, Iraqi people.
