Actually, it's the right-wingers who are Constitutionalists.  The Left 
are the people who create new definitions for the words contained in the 
do***ent. 

This is not a "waiting" thing.  It's normal advancement.  Nobody is 
holding up anything.  

But to say that choking our bank accounts by increasing the price of 
fuel is like saying we should have cut off landline phones to force 
industry to create cell phones.  Or like saying we should have outlawed 
block ice for ice boxes years ago in order for somebody to create a 
refrigerator.  Forcing advancements never works.  The market works at 
it's own pace.  

As for our oil reserves, there is enough oil on this planet to last the 
rest of our life and then some.
