Herbert Hoover (who was a nice guy ala Jimmuh), Harry Truman (who
tried to pass a national health program) and Warren G Harding (who was
as responsible as anybody for the Great Depression). Those are just
20th century. If you like, I could do a bit of research and supply
some names from the 19th. How about John Quincy Adams and Andrew
Johnson for starters?
