I don't believe she said that, prove it!
The so-called war was an attack on a defenseless country that had no 
fighting army.
When you do what Bush did, America lost immediately when "Shock & Awe" 
began.
There is NO such thing as winning or surrender in such a self-defeating 
scenario!
