Probably when George Bush said he didn't care about Osama anymore.
Mac was just on TV very passionately declaring that he WILL find Osama
and bring him to justice. It was a singular act. One of Mac's
defining characteristics is that he's so calm and laid back. But he
was practically screaming as he waved his arm about insisting that he
was going to get Public Enemy #1.
