While the right continues to flounder around in search of escaping
their responsibility for their failures.

Whether Bin Laden is still active or not in international terrorism is
irrelevant (although he still is).  But his image remains a symbol for
such people and imprisoning him for life and denying him both freedom
and martyrdom is an essential battle in the WoT and essential to
American closure after 9/11.
