Ok, let's see if I understand.  The Insurgents who have been and therefore

we assume want to kill Americans will magically stop if they have to drive

20 miles to find one?  Meanwhile other insurgents and terrorists have 
traveled hundreds of miles (from Syria and Iran) would magically stop 
because an extra 20 miles is just too much?

HAHAHAHAHAH!!!
