Nobody kicked out the UN inspectors in 1998.  They were sitting around
doing 
nothing, because of Saddam's interference.  Bubba decided to bomb Saddam. 
So he politely suggested (through intermediaries) that the UN inspectors 
might want to get the **** out, and soon.

What part don't you undertand?

I'm not aware of anybody ignoring it.  It was a public speech...

The Socialist Democrats decided to start referring to it as "Saddam
through 
out the UN inspectors."  I have no idea why...

Since the Socialist Democrats had the ball and spun the facts into "Saddam

through out the UN inspectors" just about everybody jumped in line with
that 
spin.  I have no idea why...

The facts are what they are.
