Was it? I'm sorry I heard/saw it on MSNBC or one of those channels, I'll 
have to search more. Maybe it was local (Houston) ch. This weekend I look 
more the spouse and I were discussing it, compared it to what the
musicians 
are having to do to get New Orleans rebuilt, been down there twice and
Iraq 
looks better, shame. And there still is no answer for the levee system.
