What you are doing is very admirable.
Not everyone can afford to give it away..or may not think they can
afford to. For this reason I think it's well worth sup****ting direct
donations from the public.
I have not yet investigated the new and improved http://www.kahvi.org/
to test out their donations buttons yet, but those buttons have been
added since the previous version. Another one I haven't had chance to
investigate in detail is Jamendo. Hopefully at least one of those two
will grow into a model in which artists can be sup****ted while telling
the cor****ate for-profit middle man to go #$%$^$^
