   Someone will of course explain what this unique sequence is.  This
would be especially
interesting since of course it violates fundamental security features
of the card number.
Furthermore, any sequence structure of the card number only makes it
all that much
easier to forge thereby suggesting that any such card that might have
existed was
in fact forged, not distributed by the feds.
