Hmm... So, you'd be comfy with a firm that hired *only* homo***uals? After
all, one 
premature birth can equal a lifetime of medical treatment for several
homo***uals.

And let's not get started with the sick days required for hetero***uals to
look after 
their progeny... Chicken Pox, flu, colds, ear aches, mumps, mono,
transplants, cancer, 
accidents, botched suicide attempts, the list is nearly endless.

And then we've got bereavement leave...

And court dates for divorce...

And Custody...

And child sup****t, alimony/palimony paperwork isn't sans cost
repercussions...

Hell, I almost *loved* processing adoption paperwork. The child's already
been born. 
Medical problems largely known. Going to a family that wants and can
provide. Sheer 
Nirvana. Pity that so few hetero***uals engage in it.
