It appears to be a legitimate defense against homo***ual bull ****. You 
know, sort along the line of,  "You stop telling lies about your 
homo***ual behavior and we'll stop telling the truth about it."

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention now believes the 
HIV infection rate in the United States is as much as 40 percent higher 
than previously re****ted, a homeless advocacy group said Friday.

The announcement will come Sunday at the International AIDS Conference 
in Mexico City.

According to Housing Works, an HIV and homeless advocacy group, the CDC 
will announce the new figures for the 15-year period between 1991 and 
2006, re****ted in the past as being 40,000 new cases per year. The new 
figure may reach up to 56,000 cases per year. The agency is also 
expected to re****t rises in HIV infection rates among African-Americans 
and Latinos, especially men who have *** with men.
