if you include the live COMMERCIALS in a file how can you consider it a
COMMERCIAL FREE show?
the very definition of commercial free is free from commercials
the Bumpers and bits are just time killer and filler material
so if you include the live commercials and bits it is the same file as
mudsharks, which in that case you should download it
