So basically what you want is a meritocracy. But even in a pure
meritocracy there will be those who excel and succeed and those who
will not. It's because people are not equal in ability. Some are
smarter, stronger or healthier than others which i think is genetic.
Some people have a eidetic memory for example. This is particularly
seen in the games of chess world champion Garry Kasparov. Scientists
say that the processing power of an average brain is about 100 million
MIPS or somewhere between 10-1000 TFLOPS. Garry Kasparov probably has
1000 TFLOPS.
If we want real equality then only communism is equality. But
communism is probably counter to human nature because humans are
greedy and always want to have more of something.
