If someone gets arrested for holding up a convenience store they don't
give
a damn if they have kids to take care of .. in the slammer they go.
Any other reason you get arrested you go to jail and they don't care if
you
have child care problems.
But if you are an illegal, just whine you have kids to pick up at school
and they turn you lose.
