If all these charges were true, Arpaio would make the perfect role model
for 
cops in Mexico and the rest of Latin America where corruption is the norm.

If what you say is true, one would think that some enterprising Latinos 
would market posters with Sheriff Joe's photo on them to Latino youths as
a 
figure to look up to and emulate -- kind of like how Anglo "progressives" 
have posters of Che in their college dorms.  Perhaps Arpaio could be the 
first El Presidente of Aztlan. ;<)))))  What better way to let Mexicans
feel 
at "home" in Aztlan than to have a corrupt, brutal, dictatorial white
leader 
screwing the mestizo and Indio m*****.  Sheriff Joe is their kind of guy.
