Not if the contracts infringes, much less as the ACLU's accord with
the National so-called Commission on Human Rights of the Mexican
Government even declares itself to do, on the very soveriegnty of the
U.S.A. which includes the U.S. judicial system.
Moreover, and twice again, there are flagrant violations of "conflict
of interest" precepts---ALSO---involved which negate any argument even
as spurious as yours as to the governmental status of the CNDH or the
so-called "private persons" arguments of the CNDH and ACLU and even
alone should disbar the ACLU from every courtroom in the land.
