I did not see the tape, but whether Mr. O'Neill ever was in Cambodia or
not
has no bearing on the fact Kerry lied to gain his medals.

Mr. Thurlow did not lie to get a Silver Star or Bronze Star.  He recieved
only a commendation in an event in which there were hostilities.
