Do you think Europe is buying oil with US dollars, jose the clown?

Your chart doesn't take into account the devaluation of the US dollar. 
Europe is paying more, simply because the world demand for oil is higher, 
but pro****tionately they pay less because they use far less.  Europe also 
decided to fund alternate trans****tation methods with fuel taxes many
years 
ago.  As a result, rising oil prices affect them far less than it does us.

The US stupidly decides to subsidize auto trans****tation with tax dollars 
other than fuel taxes.
