Democracy itself is stupid. She also elects, at least sometimes, stupid
rulers. Stupid rulers like to begin wars. The wars lead to decreasing in
the
stupid population that has elected the stupid rulers.
In world history we have enough examples of that.
Adolph Hitler was a stupid person. He believed in magic (characteristic of
half-wits), several expeditions were sent to Tibet to find shambala.
Probably he was simply a mentally ill person (and democracy has elected
him!). As result, millions of people were exterminated.
