Aren't Senators McCain, Clinton and Obama still hired on as legislators and
being paid their full salaries by the taxpayers? But they have been on
the
road for the past year campaigning full time, so could not have possibly
been able to perform their duties as usual in D.C. Are they gyping us?
If
the answer is "no," would a McDonalds employee enjoy the same privileges
if
he/she decided to run for mayor (and collect his pay for work not
rendered)?
