I like the DEA's failed idea of banning Hemp.

Hemp contains traces of THC, so it was banned in the USA.  Until some
states 
allowed it and took the DEA to court, where they lost.

Of course, Hemp is a dangerous mind destroying drug.   And if you had a
rug 
made of Hemp, or a Mercedes Benz that used Hemp in the interior, you were
a 
"druggie".
